Model the lives of a user group* with characteristics (i.e. experiences, tasks, technological use, attitudes)
Identify opportunities to enable the user group with the tools, processes, resources, and knowledge to be successful
Research questions: What is a day-in-the-life of the user group? What are their challenges and enablers?
Collaborated with stakeholders in design and engineering
Completed a triangulation of data collection
Collected responses from surveys
Moderated 6 semi-structured interviews
Conducted a contextual inquiry in hospital setting
Analyzed data using mixed methods (qualitative & quantitative)
Found trends in 200+ global survey responses
Summarized interview transcripts from 800 codes to 3 main themes with NVivo software

Leveraged relationships to execute their roles and responsibilities
Resources they need to be successful day-to-day
Communicated findings company-wide to over 200 stakeholders, high-level managers, and executives
